Performance of contract
The data you provide is also required for the performance of the contract and for pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot enter into a contract with you. Data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of transfer to our tax advisor in order to meet our obligations under tax law. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the statutory retention period under tax law (7 years) expires.

Visitor statistics
We count page views and steps in the booking process on our own server. We set no cookie for this and pass no data to third parties. We store the page you open, the domain of the referring page, campaign parameters from the link (utm), the ad network of an advert, the device class, the browser and the operating system. We do not store your IP address. From the IP address and the browser identifier we form a checksum with a random value that changes every day. We delete this random value after two days. After that, nobody can link the checksum to a person. We delete the statistics data after 25 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Origin of bookings and enquiries
If you come to us through a link with campaign parameters (utm) or through an advert, we keep these values in a session cookie. For an advert, this is the click ID from Meta, Google or Microsoft. Your browser deletes the session cookie when you close it. When you book or send the contact form, we store these values with your booking or enquiry. This shows us which advert leads to a booking. We keep the values as long as the booking or the enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights
You generally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us to exercise them. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
